Well it was sad to see the rain this morning after the nice day we had outside on Thursday! Hayden was adamant that we go outside and play ball, but it didn't happen. Instead we went to visit Gam. That was fun we colored on some Valentine's and sent them in the mail, worked on another tutu, made brownies, and the kids and I painted our toe nails! That was a highlight. Hayden can NOT be persuaded that it is for girls so he picked his color and I painted them even though Josh will be annoyed. Velvet can't stop touching hers, and with all the help I received mine our not beauty parlor quality, but they are painted so I am happy!

The chocolate brownies were also a hit. Velvet and I watched, while Mom and Hayden made them. Then we ate the melted chocolate chips!
Hayden also was practicing how to stand on his skateboard. It is a little scary, but he loves it and is as you can see very proud of himself!
Well that is all for today...I just rescued some books from Velvet! She likes to rip the flaps off....I suppose I will be rearranging the shelves to all board books on the bottom tomorrow! Tomorrow is also cleaning day, so that stinky little Vacuum will be at my heels all morning long! Wish me luck! Have a wonderful Sunday.
