Our July 4th Weekend.

We had a nice weekend! Josh had to work, but we did make some time for play!

The weather has been so nice we have been in the pool a lot.... Hayden still does not like getting wet. As soon as his underwear are wet he gets out and gets a new pair! The kid makes me nuts!

We have been having dinner outside every night! It is a big hit!

Velvet was such a mess after dinner she got to be naked for a bit!

On Sunday My dad talked me into going to our Family Reunion. Not really my thing, but he was very persuasive! It turned out to be a great trip out. Millersburg has a wonderful little park that the kids just loved! They had everyone up there...Even Pappy and lets just say that is surprising!

Velvet and Hayden ran around the tennis court for a while...Lets just say it was amusing to watch them try and get out!

After we left there we went to visit Nancy's parents! That was fun for the kids, exhausting for my nerves, and lets just say we might not be invited back soon! Nancy seems to think I am exaggerating, but there was some rock throwing, couch jumping, and they even managed to break a coaster!

Before all that however they gave Hayden a puzzle! Which he is loving!

When Hayden wasn't looking Velvet even gave it a try! She is not very good at the puzzles! Funny how kids are so different!

Finally the 4th of July is here! I spent the morning working upstairs. Josh however was determined to get busy on Hayden's new Swing set! After lunch my parents came down so we hit a few parks and schools to get some measurements!

After all that fun we had dinner and got ready for it to get dark!

Velvet was so cute she was all big girl until the noise came.......

Then she would bury her head in the blanket!

Hayden LOVED it all!

Can't wait until next year we had a lot of fun! Thanks a bunch for the glow sticks Nancy they were a big hit! Both babies took them to bed with them!

Hayden has not been good about letting me get pictures lately, so you get to see V a lot! My next blog will be about Hayden's swing set...You will laugh and say...Only in Sweet Home! Enjoy the blog! Glad your home Nancy we missed you lots!
