Sick kids and a day in the woods.

Well things here have been CRAZY! Hayden is still sick! Vomiting and diarrhea. Velvet is still growing those huge molars! Needless to say we are a very unhappy, cranky, needy, household! Luckily so far Josh and I have both been feeling pretty good!

I try to still do things with the kids to "disctract" them from there issues. Otherwise I might go nuts! Being cooped up with them both crying, hitting, kicking, pinching, pulling, and fighting over who will get uppied first is not my idea for FUN!

Wednesday we had a quick trip to the grocery store....

Thursday Josh and I cleaned up out back and Hayden found some WORMS.

Poor baby you can tell just by the pic he is not his normal self!

Velvet was busy letting the Bunny out so I had to catch her....It took hours. I didn't try to hard until after dinner!

Josh had his hands full Friday so No pictures! Yesterday however my dad got a wood permit, so I wanted to take Hayden up into the "woods". He kept asking me "What is woods Momma?" I told him you will just have to wait and see!

Well On our way to moms I had to hit a few garage sales! Got some great treasures!  But once Hayden stared saying things like Hayden's done with this place, and Lets go Bye-Bye I figured my garage sale time was over! We were only at moms for a little while when he got sick from both ends....but when Pappy came in to tell us he was leaving Hayden still wanted to go, so we all got ready and left for the "Woods".


We left after them so we took a few wrong turns at first! We were on the wrong side of the little valley!

Yes I filled my car with wood....Remember where I was raised....It is for Hayden's birthday! We need campfire wood!

There was a little "mud hole" so we stopped in hopes I could find Hayden a Salamander! No such luck.....

 There were bugs.....and.....

 FROGS....

 If you look down by Hayden's foot there is a Bright Green one!

This was on our first trip. I promised Hayden if we got a jar I would catch him one on the next trip! Once we unloaded and came back filled the car again (Velvet was sleeping the whole time) I got out and attempted to catch a frog....

Frogs are QUICK!

 And FAST...

 Hayden was worried I wouldn't get one!

 But I did! Again you can tell by the pic..Not feeling well!

Before we left Gams last night we left the frog go! I told him Next time we go up I would catch another one! (I hope)! I am thinking Nancy should come and she can catch one??? I will whisper it in Hayden's ear! If he can get you on the slide the Frog should be a piece of cake!

So far today things have been .....Trying to come up with the right word...HELL seems so strong, but fitting! Both are sleeping currently, but I know that wont last forever. The house is a disaster, but I really don't care. That is how bad things are here. I was going to wish not to be vomited on today but since that has already happened I will wish of no Vomit tomorrow! You all wish for me too!
