Christmas 2013

This year for Christmas Eve we went to a family gathering at my Aunt Betty's.... We normally don't go it is not my favorite thing to do, but my brother thought it would be a good idea...Then once my dad got a hold of that it sort of sealed my fate! It turned out even worse than I imagined. Velvet spiked a temp while we were there, and cried a lot....By the time we were in the car on the way home things were not looking good!  8pm not one store open and 2 sick kids!

Once we were home and everyone was settled....Santa Came!

By the next morning it was fevers and vomit....

 

Most of the day was spent in tears... Anytime the smallest thing would not work out Velvet would look like this!

The Wii was a hit although the kids only want to play if Josh and I are playing.... I'm getting pretty good at HUNTING.

The dog liked his goods!

Milli will have to come back, because Velvet got the biggest bunch of Barbie stuff ever!

I knew they were still feeling terrible, because by 4pm my NON-Napping kids were out! I am hoping that next year is better. The New Year was a total bust by then Josh and I was sick. The kids have now recovered after a very long round of ABO. Happy New Year Everyone!
