The Christmas parade in Sweet Home was cancelled during the cold spell, and rescheduled for the Saturday before Christmas. Let me start by saying I don't love the parade, as a matter of fact I really don't even like it. Unfortunately when you are the mother of two small kids this is one of those times that you get to take one for the team! I must say that this was my kind of parade. I parked CLOSE, walking was less than 100FT, it didn't rain, and the parade lasted less than 30min! Plus normally they don't toss much candy anymore, or they run out....Not the case this time. There were so few people the kids brought home a ton of candy!

Yep that was it! There was some older people standing next to us, and when Santa went by the lady says "Why is Santa going by already EVERYONE knows that he is at the end!" Then she looks down the street and was like "O"! Because that was the end!
After the parade we invited Adi and Milli over to make gingerbread houses. It was all good fun.
The picture is for the SHOES. This girl is amazing. She wore these the whole time! Up and down the stairs, playing, doing everything. She never tripped, fell, nothing she is the "girliest" little thing I have ever seen! That is probably why V loves her so much.

The most interesting thing to me was that they were all SO good. No fighting, yelling, NOTHING. I spend a fair amount of time yelling at Hayden, but he was a angel, and so were the rest! It was great.
