Thanksgiving at School

Hayden and Velvet's private school goes all out for Thanksgiving.... Velvet's Class (Tiny Promises) were Indians, Preschool Little Promises) was Pilgrims, and Kindergarten was a different tribe of Indians.

Hayden is in the Gray pants...

They had different activities set up throughout the gym. This one was so the kids could smash corn and wheat to make bread.

Then all the kids got a lump of dough....They make it into a biscuit, put it on a pan and over the homemade "Indian" fire. Then they put out new freshly baked ones and serve them it was very cute.

There is a craft station to decorate your "skins" with stamps, stickers, and drawings.

This is Velvet's friend Grace... She is going to be a wild one...

It really was a great time. The kids LOVED it!
