Here is a portion of the fun we have been having.
Velvet is enjoying the new toy.
Her nummy Ice Cream!
Hayden got a haircut....
We haven't had a lot of time to go to moms. Hayden's school schedule is rough to work around. When we finally make it there we make a day of it.
The kids helped make macaroni salad.
Then it was peanut butter cookies.....Talk about messy.
Once we had the sugar cleaned up mom busted out the dirt. We started planting the garden!
Look at her dirty toes...
I love to make the projects with the kids. Sometimes it makes me crazy, but most of the time I just love watching how they go about things. I found this project online.
It was an easy project and had lots of things for the kids to get involved in.
Notice I even enlisted Josh.
They each made one for there classes. It was a lot of fun. The project total was under $10 a little spendy for one of my projects, but the lollipops were $5.
I will try to be better about blogging, but I have really enjoyed the outtings at night with Kim. Not only has it been helping me sleep like a rock, but she is great for entertainment! She is from the Big city of Seattle! Adjusting to Sweet Home is quite hard for her, and very amusing for me. She is constantly paraniod about Cougar! If we walk off the beaten path at all she starts to freak out about meeting wildlife. Tonight she confessed that she is scared of deer, because she has seen when animals attack! For those of you that know me... well I have been laughing a lot. Enjoy the pics. Soon I will get the bowling playdate posted!
Along with everything else I have forgotten, I finally realized I hadn't looked at the blog for awhile :)
