Easter Wreaths

This week we squeaked in a quick Easter Project! I found it online if anyone is interested here is the info:

This was a great project for me, a bit hard for the kids. Hayden did fine, but in the end did burn his finger. When it was Velvet's turn... well lets just say that I am still picking up "grass".

Last year we made Egg Snakes with the kids which only used half of the egg. Of course I couldn't bring myself to toss the other half, shocking I know! They came in handy for this project. Instead of using the hole egg I just used half on each side. Much cheaper and the project turned out fine.

We made 3 one for us, and one for each of there classrooms. I got the grass from the $ store, one package of eggs from Walmart, and some ribbon on a coupon at Joann's. We made all 3 for under $8. It was a lot of fun!

  1. Those turned out really good! Marc just shook his head when we got the hatch to the Saturn open the other day, I have two noodles, and probably 200 plastic eggs. Very sad I didn't get to celebrate Easter with any of my favorite kids :(
