We LOVE the BEACH!

As usual I am behind... 2 weeks ago we went to the coast for the night. It was a ton of fun! The kids loved it. Velvet tells me almost everyday that she is ready to go back to the beach!

I thought I had taken enough clothes... NEVER again will I think that with Miss V. She isn't quite sitting in the water but her clothes were all wet...Every time.

Hayden found a hermit crab.

Then we found a STARFISH. Nancy count those legs.... I said 20!!

On the second visit to the water, V had to go back to the car in my sweatshirt...Naked! Fell flat in the water.

Kids in a hotel.....NOT my favorite part of the trip. It was like caging a lion, or 2! And Sleeping....What sleeping?

We went to the Aquarium! That was good. The weather was nice, and it wasn't too busy.

Our last visit to the beach before leaving was the best. We went to Lincoln City, we had kites and buckets and sticks...It was fun.

We built little sand castles and watched the tide wash them away.

V may have learned something about getting wet....you see her RUNNING from the wave! I was the one that was soaked.

It was a GREAT trip!

Big thanks to mom and Nancy for going. The kids loved it! We all can't wait to go again! If I haven't mentioned it lately I feel lucky to have great friends, a wonderful mommy, and I love my kids!
