Our Week at a Glance!

The week went fast! We have been pulling out all the stops to be creative with this weather! The kids and I are SO tired of being inside!

The kids and I used a old cardboard box to make a Garage/Ramp thing... Hayden likes it.

Hayden and I had a pillow fight!

It was LOTS of Fun!

Sometimes I lost.....

But in the end... he was just really tired!

Someone bought the house next door and has been doing a lot of work to the yard and driveway! The kids like to watch the diggers, and dump trucks!

Here is a pic from moms camera...Velvet needing a nap, but not going to take one!

Here is me...trying to read a book at moms, but getting a lot of help! She has a Camera and every once in a while I bring it home and glean the pictures....

One day we made sugar cookies! That was a blast. The kids and I really liked the DOUGH. My mom does not allow us to eat it so we had to be sneaky!

We all picked out some nail polish and painted our nails!

Velvet HAD to have PINK!

Hayden's choices are limited.... Green, Blue, or Purple! Plus he is always upset because he only gets his toes done!

I also gave in and let them have "THE RICE" Lets be clear about this little bit of fun! I HATE IT! It always ends with rice everywhere, the up side is that they will play for at least a full hour together in the rice, and not bother me....

This all came as a accident a few months ago when V dumped a half used bag of rice on the floor...Instead of tossing it I saved it and let them play with it...The idea has just grown bigger! More room, more rice!

I thought that I was SO smart this week!! I got a little dust pan and broom and when they had made a mess I told them they had to sweep it up and put it back in the bucket. WHO KNEW that the cleaning up would be so much fun not only would you FIGHT over who would get to use the broom and dust pan, but you would purposely toss the rice on the floor so you could clean it up! O how I love them!

The Tea Parties have really spiraled into a daily occurrence! The kids love it! Hayden is pretty good....Velvet is Hilarious!

As you can see! Don't stop pouring it is not quite FULL!

Nancy was going to come visit us this week, but at the last minute she couldn't! Bummer! I had already told the kids that when she came we were going to make this sun catcher worm with her, so when she didn't come they wouldn't let me out of the craft!

It was lots of fun! Don't worry Nancy I have a HUGE stack of ideas! Next time you come we will just pull out a different one!

Lindsey: Please show Taylor that we are still enjoying her art work! The Ladybug and Puppy are still up!

Lastly THANK GOD for the Sunshine! We had a great time outside this weekend! I finished raking up the FALL leaves, and pulling some weeds. While Hayden tried out his NEW tire swing that Josh added last week! He love it! It is so cute when him and V are on at the same time...

Keep in mind these are the happy pictures. 30 minutes later we vomited all over and had to go inside! Too much fun?

What will we do this week? I don't know. We have no plans. I am hoping that Nancy will come see us. There is still a lot to be finished upstairs. Josh and I are still plugging away. Plus I have a sewing project for Shanda's baby shower...I work better last minute.
